This product can be used in a variety of ways, there is no wrong way: Insert a scoop of balm and/or apply to the inner and outer Yoni. Apply to a tampon or insert for menstrual relief. Gently melt and pour into a suppository mold and place in the fridge to harden. Apply to the Yoni and desired places to increase blood flow and heighten sensation. Perfect Balance is intentionally formulated to be soft to the touch and may become liquid in a warm room. If desired, place in the fridge or freezer before use. Not for use with latex, may stain light colored fabrics.
