Where does your activated CBD oil come from?

We use an activated CBD isolate that is produced organically in Colorado.

Is it 3rd party tested?

Why is lab testing important?

CBD is generally unregulated and sometimes dangerous solvents are used in extraction. That is why we make sure that a third party certified lab tests all our oils. During testing, we also check for molds and accuracy of potency.

Will this product help me with a skin problem?

Yes! They have been known to help many with dermotological issues.

Will this product get me high?

Although these products are very relaxing for your mind and body, there is no chance of a "bad trip." They are perfect those dealing with anxiety and depression and also for first time experiences with CBD.

Will this show up on a drug test?

The colon is highly absorbent, we believe CBD has the potential to show up on a test. We encourage you to ask the person administering the test. 

    Do you test on animals?

    No. We absolutely do not test on animals. We do test on humans and have had really great results!

    When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

    Shipping

    We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages shipped to the wrong address. At checkout, please be sure to use the correct shipping address. If USPS is unable to deliver, please contact your local postal service to arrange pick up or delivery. If package is stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim.  

    I am having problems with tracking my order.

    Email us at  orders@om-wellness.com including your order number and tracking number if possible.

    How can I edit my shipping address?

    If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email as soon as possible.

    We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address entered by customer. If address entered is incorrect and package has left our facility, it is suggested to contact your local USPS office to locate or visit www.usps.com We will not re-ship an order due to incorrect address entered by customer.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Can I make changes or cancel my order?

    Due to our quick processing time, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.

    What is your return policy?

    We do not accept cancellations, price adjustments, returns or refunds on orders at this time, however if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us below immediately at orders@om-wellness.com
