OM Epsom salts with CBD infused
The OM Epsom Salts infused with CBD for a bathtub is very helpful to muscle aches, arthritis and insomnia. I am a cancer patient and this is very helpful to my condition to sleep at night and for my restless leg syndrome and achy muscles from the treatment. I recommend it. What is not made completely clear is the length of time you should be in the bathtub. A minimum of 15 minutes is required. 20 minutes is the best to soak in the solution. I didn’t see anything that indicated this, but I experimented and found out. Thank you.
